Because I know local mortgage lenders very well, Tom Scaglione, ePRO, SFR, REALTOR is aware of which institutions are quoting the lowest interest rates. This information can save you a considerable amount of money should you agree with a buyer who wants government insured financing.

I work closely with the top twenty percent of the sales people in the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS®, the Pinellas Suncoast Association of REALTORS®, the West Pasco Board of REALTORS®, the East Pasco Board of REALTORS®, the Central Pasco Board of REALTORS® and through the Mid-Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service. I will personally see to it that these top producers have all the information on your home so that you will have the "cream of the crop" working for you. In addition Tom Scaglione, ePRO, SFR, REALTOR will expose your home to more than a total of 20,000 real estate professional sales people who are members of the listed associations here in the Tampa Bay Real Estate Market and throughout Central Florida.

I will prepare a computer generated feature sheet on your home so that prospective buyers can take it with them when visiting your home. They won't forget your home.

 Never will Tom Scaglione, ePRO, SFR, REALTOR show your home without first making an appointment well enough in advance so that you can prepare for "visitors."

I will call you as soon as possible after each appointment to inform you of the prospect's response to your home. This will help us to market your home more successfully if any comments need attention or correction.
